Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Preparing and sorting data for computer entry.
- Reviewing data for accuracy before entering it into the system.
- Entering data from paper to a computer data entry system.
- Maintaining the data system and ensuring all information is correctly recorded.
- Completing data backups.
- Filing and making paper copies.
- Checking work for errors or duplicate entries.
- Reporting errors to management.
- Keeping records of data entry and database information.
Basic Requirements and Skills:
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, with initiative.
- Willing to work in a warehouse environment and render overtime when needed.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From Php15,860.00 per month
