Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and shredding documents.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and be able to multitask effectively. Prior experience in an office environment is preferred, but not required.
