Job Description
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS
- In-charge of encoding Orders from Sales Quotation to Sales Order (Order Processing)
- Monitor orders from PO to delivery
- Coordinate with clients on their concerns
- Help other departments in relaying Departmental concerns to clients and vice versa
- Cascade memos to clients and ensure that clients understood the memo
- Assist Area Store Representatives (ASRs) regarding their concerns and requirements
- Build a professional strong relationship with clients
- Monitor targets while working with ASRs
- Monitor sales performance of clients and ASRs
- Links ASRs, clients with SOD
