Job Description
- Assists his/her superior in the overall control of collection activities particularly the timely billings of accountabilities, keeping an updated record of the status of accountabilities, and follows up directly the payments of special accounts assigned to him/her
- Closely coordinates with the warehouse personnel on the proper management of installation tools and equipment
- Secures mechanical and operational permits and other related works
- Takes charge of the efficient dispatch of the department’s truck facilities in close coordination with the supervisors and their requirements
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.
