Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Inspection, checking, and encoding of Return items.
- Coordinate with our sales team, answer and respond to clients through email & telephone calls.
- Scheduling of pullout and updating clients regarding pullout items.
- Filing forms.
- Inventory.
- Perform any task related to work that will be assigned by his Superior.
Qualifications:
- At least College Level/Graduate of any computer-related courses.
- Knowledgeable in computer programs such as MS Word and Excel is a must.
- Preferably with experience in RMA service and support.
- With initiative and customer service skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
