Job Description
Main role: The Office Assistant (Onboarding) focuses on ensuring an efficient and seamless onboarding of our Joyride driver partners.
Job Description:
- Review rider (driver) applications to ensure they are complete and accurate.
- Responsible for the evaluation and monitoring of databases.
- Completing changes, cancellations, and verifying accuracy of records.
- Ensure that details are verified and communicate effectively to obtain necessary data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Finance or relevant field)
- Keen attention to detail, highly-organized, good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City.
- Can start ASAP (Office-based setup).
