Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinated with buyers orders.
- Prepares bill of materials/costing.
- Coordinates with purchasing on orders and the timely delivers of required trims and accessories.
- Coordinates with inbound logistics on booking and availability of required fabrics.
- Prepared and distributes Internal Order to Production.
- Coordinates and monitors production status to ensure that quality orders are delivered on time.
- Provides feedback on work related matters.
- Responsible for good housekeeping and safety in work area.
- Develop pricing and merchandising strategy to meet sales target.
- Manage merchandising calendar to meet deadlines.
- Develop merchandising guidelines and reference documents for team members.
- Prepare samples and perform sample testing and reporting.
- Assist in developing merchandising ideas for business growth based on industry trends, market analysis and competitor markets.
