Job Description

We are seeking a reliable individual to fill the role of Office Maintenance and Driver. This position involves a combination of responsibilities related to maintaining a clean and organized office space, as well as providing transportation services.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly clean and sanitize office spaces, including common areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, and addressing other office-related concerns.
• Collaborate with external vendors for maintenance services and coordinate repairs when necessary.

Driving:

• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles.
• Provide transportation services for employees, clients, and guests as required.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of company vehicles.
• Adhere to traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe transportation of passengers.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and fuel consumption.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in an office maintenance or related role is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks and ability to perform minor repairs.
• Ability to lift and carry objects of moderate weight.
• Good driving skills with a strong focus on safety.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.

This is a work on site (Davao City Based)
