Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Collect payments via credit card or direct debit.
- Negotiate settlements and log contact attempts.
- Remove settled debts from records.
- Update credit files and initiate legal proceedings if necessary.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate.
- Experience as a collection agent is a plus.
- Strong personality with good communication skills.
- Willing to work shifting schedules.
