Job Description
We’re seeking an Office Staff to handle employee administration processes in general affairs at Kopiko Philippines Corporation. The ideal candidate should have experience working within a pioneering team in the FMCG industry, assisting in talent acquisition, general affairs, and timekeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Administer general affairs activities
- Coordinate third-party providers
- Manage shuttle routes, vehicle requests, and schedules
- Verify and process billings
- Handle purchase requests in SAP
- Perform other assigned tasks
Qualifications:
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree related to HR, Business, or Accounting
- Minimum of 1 year experience in FMCG or Manufacturing
- Knowledge in Timekeeping preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work in Brgy. Canlubang, Laguna
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
