Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s course
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Background in sales and marketing is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Computer literate
- Good written/oral communication skills
- Can start ASAP
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring arrears and last payment date made by customers.
- Encoding remarks on the system.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Encode monthly data for records.
- Check sales contracts.
- Perform assigned tasks concerning repossessed units.
- Procure and release monitoring forms.
- Release accountable forms.
- Assign account numbers on new accounts.
- Release petty cash fund and cash advance fund.
- Respond to phone calls on various issues.
- Monitor repossessed units’ sales.
- Perform additional assigned tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
