Job Description
Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Handle customer complaints and investigate issues thoroughly.
- Follow company policies for customer service operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php10,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
