Job Description
Job Summary:
Sales Admin Staff will process customer orders and requests, manage schedules, file important documents, and communicate relevant information to clients and other departments. Responsibilities also include ensuring adequacy of sales/service-related activities, handling customer service and complaints management, and maintaining after-sales support.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 2 or 4-year course
- Experience in air-conditioning company or customer service is a plus
- Strong customer service, logistics planning, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail, time management, and leadership skills
- Willingness to work in Paranaque
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Day shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
Experience: Sales Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
