Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintains customer relationships by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.
- Receive calls for inquiries and booking.
- Entertain and accommodate inquiries for walk-in clients.
- Make requests in the helpdesk for new client names, contractors incentives, item code creation and etc.
- Assist Sales Executives with their bookings & quotations.
- Process transactions of walk-in clients.
- Process pull-out forms needed by Sales Executives and marketing.
- Monitor pending bookings and ask for assistance from SE for updates.
- Submit necessary documents for project process deployment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any business-related courses.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Good analytical skills and creative.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
