Job Description
Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
Maintaining and arranging appointments
Typing, preparing, and collating reports
Filing
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Acting as receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
