Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to manage incoming and outgoing document transmittals. Key responsibilities include performing clerical tasks, verifying report details for accuracy, and preparing reports as required by your immediate supervisor. Additional duties may arise as needed.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, uphold a high level of integrity and confidentiality, and possess proficiency in MS Office applications. Proficiency in English and Filipino is required.
This is a full-time, permanent position with an 8-hour day shift schedule. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
