Job Description
Position Summary: Provide support for the claims processing of Personal Accident.
Essential Functions:
- Receives claims documents.
- Assist in the initial evaluation of received documents.
- Create/Open an Individual Claim folder for each reported and receipted claims report/document.
- Provides verification of applicable coverages and if premium has been paid.
- Validate submitted documents for completeness.
- Prepare letter correspondences.
- Monitors and follows up with clients on claim status.
- Prepares Order for Payment and Release of Claim to client.
- Conducts regular updates on claims log.
- Maintains/Updates physical files of claims.
- Undertake other assigned tasks.
