Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Management, Accounting Technology, Bookkeeping, or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented, good with numbers, and accustomed to handling a high volume of transactions
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely correction of erroneous data and records
- Handle confidential documents securely
- Process check vouchers and invoices
- Manage and prioritize incoming correspondences and reports for Executive Officers
- Coordinate tasks assigned by senior management to different departments
- Organize paper and electronic files, maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and diverse personalities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
