Job Description
1. Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing delivery.
2. Must efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner in absence of sales in charge.
3. Must be cooperative with other departments.
4. Must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
5. Prepares and issues samples needed by sales.
6. Handles paperwork such as recording invoices, samples issued to clients, and sales monitoring updates.
7. Prepares substantial completion certificates and ensures all required documents are obtained.
