Job Description
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Collaborate with management on projects; work independently on delegated tasks.
- Arrange and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for management.
- Take meeting notes and transcribe into email, document, or spreadsheet form.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Carmona, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
