Job Description
- Process and Execute all requests on a timely manner in coordination with other departments.
- Process and coordinate all billable deliveries, installations, demo units, site inspections (DRF, PR, JO, RSA, VRF).
- Submit AE’s / AO’s expense claims to accounting.
- Process supplies monthly projections.
- Monitor Sales Reports.
- Filing of Proposals, DRF, JO, and PR.
- Request Company Profile and Brochure.
- Request Government Requirements such as Mayor’s Permit, BIR 2303 (Hard Copy).
- Monitor all the Email and Encode all the Sales Reports (Sales Report, Projection, etc.).
- Assist clients with their queries and concerns.
- Perform full administrative tasks.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php480.00 per day
