Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Officer Assistant to join our team at Sandtex Technology Inc. The primary responsibilities include:
- Managing the filing system
- Recording information as needed
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Updating paperwork and maintaining documents
- Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Monitoring supply levels and handling shortages
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers and colleagues
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php18,500.00 per month
