Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Officer – HR Business Partner (HRBP). In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the HR functions by providing strategic and operational HR support to business units. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, managing employee relations, conducting performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, with at least 2 years of HR experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
