Job Description

The Officer in Charge manages daily retail operations of power tools and equipment, ensuring consistent policy implementation, safety, and superior customer service. You will lead and train staff, oversee inventory and manpower allocation, resolve customer concerns, maintain store organization and merchandising, and drive monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred; 6–12 months of retail or supervisory experience.
Skills: strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities; proficiency in inventory management and customer service.
Employment: Full-time, permanent, on-site. Benefits include company Christmas gift, health and life insurance, paid training, and periodic pay increases.
