Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees company processes and procedures, develops policies, ensures compliance, and contributes to product innovation.
- Assist the Manager in leading, directing, and motivating the team to achieve station goals.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business course or related to accounting.
- Knowledgeable in cashiering and basic accounting, with leadership skills.
- Willingness to undergo training.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
Benefits:
- Company events, on-site parking, paid training.
- Pay raise, promotion to permanent employee, work from home option.
Supplemental Pay Types:
- 13th month salary, overtime pay.
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- 2 years in accounting-related work, 1 year in leadership (Preferred)
