Job Description
TPS Shared Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Officer-In-Charge (OIC) to manage daily operations at our retail store in Rosario, Cavite. The OIC will ensure exceptional customer service and lead the store team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate staff for outstanding service.
- Monitor sales and implement strategies to meet targets.
- Oversee stock management and product placement.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Train new staff and coach team members.
Qualifications: Experience in retail/supervisory roles, strong leadership skills.
Compensation: Up to Php 17,00.00 per month with benefits.
