Job Description
Seeking a seasoned production manager with exceptional organizational skills to spearhead all production activities at our Oil Mill facility. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, maintain adherence to safety protocols, and excel in fostering positive relationships with both clients and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold stringent health and safety protocols throughout the production process.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive production schedule to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize production expenses.
- Devise and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency and maximize output.
- Conduct thorough analyses of workplace productivity to identify areas for improvement.
- Address employee concerns promptly and effectively to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of success as a plant manager, overseeing production operations and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Possession of a recognized degree in business management or a related field, providing a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to implement effective safety measures in a manufacturing setting.
