Job Description
MOL Magsaysay Maritime Academy is actively seeking a qualified On-board Training Coordinator to oversee the On-board Training (OBT) process for our cadets. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring cadet enrollment and assessments, conducting home visits, coordinating effectively with shipping partners and training centers, and providing support for OBT inquiries and documentation.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Transportation or Engineering, an Officer In Charge (OIC) license, and preferably have experience in both land-based and onboard settings. This is a full-time, on-site position.
