Job Description

We seek a professional On-Call Customer Service Representative to deliver prompt phone and email support during intermittent shifts and emergency coverage. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, escalating complex issues to supervisors, and maintaining accurate records to ensure satisfaction and continuity of service.
