Responsibilities:
- Input clients/patients’ medical examination results into the data system.
- Perform self-audit on the data for encoding.
- Check completeness of worksheet and related documents.
- Double-check encoded data to ensure accuracy before communication.
- Maintain digital backup files and monitor office supply stocks.
