Job Description
1. Inputs clients/patints’ laboratory results into data system.
2. To double check and ensure data reports are correct/accurate prior submission to Laboratory Department.
3. Responsible for recording the information required for encoding medical data/results within Patients Laboratory Results.
4. To maintain back-up files data.
5. To maintain hard and soft copies of patients’ information.
