Job Description
As an Onboarding Coordinator based in the Philippines, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of new employees into our organization. Your main responsibilities will include managing the onboarding process, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training programs.
You will work closely with HR, hiring managers, and department heads to facilitate a positive onboarding experience for new hires. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
Key tasks include developing onboarding schedules, creating welcome kits, and gathering feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process. Experience in HR, training, or related fields is preferred for this position.
