Job Description
AUMTREND PH INC is seeking an Offshore HR Shared Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding various HR-related inquiries, contributing to a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations case inquiries globally.
- Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems.
- Assist in program management to enhance operations.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies.
Requirements: 6 months of experience in Offshore HR Shared Services, proficiency in Microsoft Applications, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Php35,00/month
