Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Pre-Hire and New-Hire Orientations
- Facilitating seamless Onboarding for new hires
- Generating and fulfilling NHO forms
- Efficiently filling open positions
- Maintaining candidates’ roster
- Monitoring pre-employment screening
- Being a resource for employees’ queries
- Preparing onboarding kits and fulfilling benefits
- Facilitating Language Assessments and Background Checks
- Maintaining recruitment documentation
- Conceptualizing recruitment strategies
- Training new Team Members
- Sending reports and assisting in sourcing
- Performing assigned duties
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month

- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
