Job Description
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday / Mid-shift
Benefits: HMO and credit leaves
Key Role:
- Preparing onboarding kits for new employees
- Assisting Facilitator with onboarding and room reservation
- Answering employee queries
- Ensuring paperwork completion and processing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR-related field
- 6 months to 1 year Onboarding Specialist experience
- BPO experience preferred
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Understanding of full recruiting cycle
- Mid-shift or late-shift availability
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract Length: 6 months
Pay: Php25,00.00 per month
