Job Description
As an Onboarding Specialist in Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in welcoming new employees to the company and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing onboarding programs, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting new hires with completing necessary paperwork.
