Job Description
We seek an Onboarding Support Specialist to deliver a seamless new-hire experience. The specialist will coordinate orientation, provision accounts, manage onboarding paperwork, and introduce company policies to ensure timely and compliant starts.
Key responsibilities:
- Schedule and facilitate new-hire orientations and training coordination
- Create and maintain onboarding materials and checklists
- Resolve access and account issues; liaise with IT and HR teams
- Collect feedback and recommend process improvements
Qualifications: 1+ year in support or HR roles, strong communication and customer-service orientation, attention to detail, proficiency with MS Office and HRIS, and a proactive, friendly demeanor.
