Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responding to Inquiries: Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge about company products/services for accurate recommendations.
- Communication: Engage with customers professionally in both verbal and written communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
