Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Good to excellent verbal, listening, and communication skills
- BPO experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers professionally using the suggested script
- Responding to inquiries promptly
- Referring queries to line manager when necessary
