We are currently looking for an Online Analyst with a minimum of 72 college units completed and a solid understanding of technology. Ideal candidates should possess prior experience in crafting articles for a Knowledge Base or Help Center.
Job Summary: Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint knowledge gaps and establish desired learning outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Design detailed instructional plans with measurable learning objectives.
- Create engaging e-learning content and assessments.
