Job Description
ASPIRE GLOBAL PH SOLUTIONS is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inquiries: This involves answering customer questions, providing information about products or services, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Handling complaints: Customer service representatives must listen to customer complaints, gather information about the issue, and find a solution to resolve the problem.
- Processing orders: Customer service representatives may be responsible for processing orders, including taking orders, verifying information, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Providing support: This may include technical support, troubleshooting, and guiding customers through product usage.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
