Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or reach at least 2nd year in College

- Job Responsibility: May respond to call questions and complaints, research and resolve queries, communicate with clients, provide guidance and troubleshooting support.
