Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or 2nd year in College with no back subjects
- High School Graduates are accepted
- Proficient in the English language
- Amenable to work onsite
Job Responsibility:
- Responds to call questions and complaints
- Researches and resolves queries
- Communicates alternatives and provides guidance
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
