Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients within assigned sales accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote product or service offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
