Job Description
Global BPO Services is seeking a highly motivated Online Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints. You will conduct research to gather necessary information and effectively communicate relevant solutions to our clients.
Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff while assisting clients in selecting services that best meet their needs.
This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for recent graduates. The monthly salary ranges from Php20,500.00 to Php30,00.00, along with attractive benefits, including health insurance, flexible scheduling, and paid training opportunities.
