Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls, inquiries, and complaints according to established procedures.
- Collect information, address queries, and document customer interactions.
- Provide timely alternatives and service options to clients.
- Assist clients in selecting services that suit their needs.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Entry-level
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
