Job Responsibilities:
- Communication with customers over the phone or through written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact, avoiding the need for transferring the caller.
- Match customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Communicate specific information to internal and external clients, as well as sharing knowledge with colleagues.
