Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2nd year in College
- High School Graduates accepted
- Conversant in English
- Must be amenable to work onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to call questions and complaints
- Gather information, research/resolves queries, and log customer calls
- Communicate relevant alternatives in a timely fashion
- Inform clients about expert services and determine customer requirements
- Provide instruction and help to lower level employees
- Provide troubleshooting support to lower level employees
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
