Job Description
ORBIT SOUTH PH is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Online Booking Agent. This role is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service via live chat and email. The ideal candidates will have excellent English reading and writing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM. No previous experience is required; however, a strong willingness to learn is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through chat and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding our services.
- Process requests and maintain documentation of customer interactions.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php27,00.00 monthly
