Job Description
We are seeking a professional Online Booking Agent to manage voice and non-voice customer interactions. Responsibilities include handling incoming/outgoing calls, chat and email; delivering accurate information and solutions; documenting customer interactions; upholding professional standards; meeting performance and quality targets; and collaborating with team members.
- Qualifications: High school graduate (college preferred), strong English and/or Filipino communication skills.
- Requirements: Willingness to work on-site in Pasig City, shift availability, basic computer skills, customer-focused and a team player.
- Details: Full-time, in-person role. Salary Php18,00–27,00/month. Staff meals provided.
